We are an Association of Chefs, General Managers, Purchasing Directors and Owners within the College & University industry across the United States. The Campus Dining Purchasing Society team has put together the most robust and flexible contract program in the College & University industry. With the size of our Society and our distinctive relationships with over 400+ manufacturers of food and foodservice related products, we have secured over 165,000 deviated items.
You not only benefit from the massive number of deviated items, we also keep pricing consistent through our locked margin schedule developed with our Distributing Partners.
To enhance our buying program even more, we have also established ancillary cost savings opportunities for our College & Universities. This would include potential savings on Chef’s clothing, inventory control application and even television entertainment.
Our program is going to save Colleges & Universities money due to the vast amount of deviations and our locked margin schedule. We have a history of providing an average of 10% savings for our members. If you provide us with current invoices we will simply plug those purchases into our cost savings program and see if there is any money to be saved.

Always the seizer of opportunity and lover of cultural exploration, Christian came to the U.S. with Nestle USA. During these formative years in his career, he worked in 17 different countries and has established an upstanding reputation in the industry.
Christian knows first-hand the challenges of the industry. He has directed and managed the purchasing programs for a multi-billion dollar organization serving over 280 locations for over a decade. Dubbed the “Chef’s Chef” Christian is dedicated to share his experience and insights.
Being the Founder of Campus Dining Purchasing Society, Christian is impassioned in bringing accessibility, vision and purchasing power to independent food systems. His unique visions to showcase individuality, being cost-effective and inspiring growth has made Christian the sought after leader for team and business building today.
Those smells, tastes, and connections created in that kitchen has never left Christian. It solidified his life mottos that “Food is the Heart of Connection” and “Relationships Matter”.
Today when Christian isn’t creating lasting relationships in his career, he is recreating kitchen memories, traveling or walking his dogs with his wife and 4 amazing children, They proudly live in their carefully restored antique home in Kensington, CT.
